Wow Eric, your got to see North Korea, that sounds like a lot of fun. I bet it's cooling down there now. Saw your folks at the Ren fest and had a nice chat, look forward to seeing you both soon.

Hey Eric, the sign says:
21세기의 태양 김정일장군 만세
which means roughly: "The eternal general Kim Jong-Il is the sun of/for the 21st century."
My Korean is pretty rusty, so if someone else can correct this, I'd appreciate it.

I know that I found this late but a closer translation is:
Long live General Kim Jong-Il, the sun of the 21st century.
And yes it does say sun and not son. LOL
