*The first line actually says "How can you 'hu' if you didn't even 'ting!'" I thought though that it would be better to translate the mahjong terminology into poker terminology for the sake of readability. In addition, despite my wife's best efforts I am still pretty clueless when it comes to mahjong. I know to 'hu' is to win and to 'ting' is to get a certain set of tiles that enables you to start playing.
